If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the company or outlet you named, the type of enquiry and the message itself.

If you apply for a role, we receive your name, email address, the role you applied for, your location and experience if you gave them, your portfolio link, your message, and the CV file you attached.

If you subscribe to launch updates, we receive your email address.

Our server also records the IP address a submission came from, purely to rate-limit abuse.

We use it to reply to you, to consider your application, or to send you the updates you asked for. Nothing else.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Submissions are stored in our database, and CV files in our file storage, both operated by our hosting providers on our behalf.

Notification emails are delivered through our email provider.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation. Applications are kept for up to two years so we can come back to you when a role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can unsubscribe from launch updates at any time using the link in any email we send.

Email connect@vanaragames.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will action it.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small flag locally so the intro animation only plays once per visit, and that never leaves your device.
